We believe homeowners should know what to expect from the beginning of a project through the final walkthrough. Our goal is to provide clear communication, proper planning, and an organized, professional job site from start to finish.

ESTIMATE & PROJECT PLANNING

We begin with an on-site consultation to review the work, discuss your goals, answer questions, and look at the available options. After the walkthrough, we prepare a clear written estimate outlining the proposed scope of work and pricing.

CONTRACT & SCHEDULING

Once you approve the project, we prepare the agreement, confirm material selections, and schedule the work. We’ll communicate the expected start window and keep you updated if weather, permitting, or material availability affects the schedule.

PREPARING YOUR PROPERTY

Before construction begins, we’ll discuss material deliveries, dumpster placement, access to the work area, and anything that should be moved or protected. We take reasonable steps to protect landscaping, siding, driveways, decks, and other nearby areas during the project.

On longer projects, portable restroom facilities may be provided for the crew, helping us respect your home while keeping the job site clean, organized, and properly equipped.

DURING CONSTRUCTION

Bryce and the King Construction crew work carefully and professionally while keeping communication open throughout the job. Materials and tools are kept as organized as the project allows, and the work area is cleaned at the end of each day.

If we uncover rot, damaged sheathing, structural concerns, or another unexpected condition, we’ll explain what we found and discuss any necessary change before performing work outside the agreed scope.

CLEANUP & FINAL WALKTHROUGH

When construction is complete, we remove debris included in the project scope, clean the work area, and complete a final walkthrough with you. We’ll review the finished work, answer questions, and make sure the agreed-upon project has been completed properly.
